Scarf Landed

Hi everyone!just a quick post to say my Scarf from Karrie has arrived and is gorgeous!I used it yesterday as we had a cold snap with rain come through!just right in size and big enough to wrap thoroughly!karrie also included some needle protectors that Ive never had before,plus a very useful sock book Id also had on my wish list! You are amazing Karrie to put together such a great swap parcel,Ill be back later with photos as Im on the kids study computer at moment!

My scarf and a box of goodies went out in the mail to my swappee pal. I hope she enjoys them! I can't wait to see if she does!

Just Perfect!

Just received the prettiest year-round scarf from Maureen, my scarf pal and it's totally reversible too! Also included in the package was a bag Seattle roast coffee beans and a mug. It doesn't get any better than this for someone who loves lace and lattes!

And the package is in the mail!!

Cable Preview

Finished! While this is a fairly simple scarf, the challenge I set for myself was to do five stitches crossed over three stitches cables without a cable needle.
